耐热输送带采用丁苯或三元乙丙橡胶为覆盖层，骨架材料采用专用的耐高温帆布，解决了高温环境下织物芯的收缩和变形问题，同时也避免了因乙丙橡胶饱和度高导致粘合性差、间层附着力低的关键问题。具有带体轻、寿命长（约2-4倍）、耐热性能好的特点。

Our heat resistant conveyor belt adopts SBR or EPDM as covering layer, special high temperature resistant canvas as carcass materials, not only solving the fabric shrinkage and deformation problems under the environment of high temperature, but also avoiding crucial problem as high degree of saturation of ethylene propylene rubber, poor adhesion. It is lighter, of long lifespan (about 2-4 times) and good performance of heat resistance.

2. 产品执行GB/T2002-2005 及GBAT7984-2001 标准，参考国际标准草案ISO/FDIS14890-1999。

3. 耐热输送带分为三种型号：

HR120:覆盖胶主要成分为SBR。可耐不大于120℃试验温度，瞬间运行温度170℃。该级别耐热带是比较通用的、较传统的耐热型输送带。广泛适用于水泥、焦化、冶金、化工、钢铁等行业使用。

HR150:覆盖胶主要成分为SBR。可耐不大于150℃试验温度，瞬间运行温度200℃。本产品与普通输送带相比具有耐热温度更高、抗龟裂、抗老化性能更好、寿命更长等特点。适于输送高热物料，如烧结料、水泥熟料、焦炭、干石灰、干燥白土等。

HR180:覆盖胶主要成分为EPDM。可耐不大于180℃试验温度，瞬间运行温度250℃。本产品与普通耐热输送带相比，具有优良的抗灼烧性能，在高温状态下胶带表面可迅速形成致密炭化层而达到隔热抗灼烧的效果，起到延长和提高使用寿命的目的。适用于温度较高如烧结矿、水泥矿等特殊运输场所。
